Refund policy

We use second hand garments which means that each garment has their own wear and tear such as holes, stains and smells.        All items will also have a description of their own wear and tear.
Items have been carefully re-worked, inspected, and photographed. Therefore returns will not be granted.
Also, there is a 'NO CHANGE OF MIND' policy so if you have any questions about an item, please contact us.
If an item has been mistakenly misrepresented, reach out via ORIGINALSAMPLEROOM@GMAIL.COM within 48-hours of the order being received.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
